What a Fix! is a collaborative service for fixing basically small electric and electronic appliances, based on a community of fixers. The main purpose of this project is to avoid the production of needless e-waste because this specific category of waste is very hard to handle in terms of recycling, and its production each year is increasing, becoming a real threat for the mankind and for the environment.
What a Fix! is about creating a point of reference in the urban context, and it has to interact with the existing network of stakeholders, but also create a new system with other actors involved.
