Summer 2016 marked Big Y's 80th anniversary of serving families. In a show of gratitude, the supermarket chain surprised its customers by doing away with their Silver Coins and fees and distributing the Silver Savings Card to everyone when it was previously available at an extra cost. Savings benefits were now readily accessible. A copywriter and I collaborated for this message before passing it off to our team's production department.
