Fierce Women Card Game

Fierce Women Card Game Illustrations

Fierce Women is a card game that celebrates great women and the contributions they made to the fields of culture, science, feminism, human rights and art.
A deck consists of 60 cards, including Judith Butler, Temple Grandin, Frida Kahlo, Bell Hooks, Kate Bornstein, Naomi Klein, Mary Wollstonecraft, Jo Spence and many more.
I was lucky enough to be one of eight female illustrators chosen to draw the portraits of the women. My illustrations portray the women in a way that makes them recognizeable while their achievement/field of study/work of art is reduced to a symbol and incorporated in the portrait.
