The Charm of Knowledge
It is a poster about my impression of the moment of realizing something through knowledge. I thought my feeling about that moment like excitement, thrill, and enthusiasm could be visualized as graphic image dancing or exploding.
To express that well, I chose the way that I can manipulate images by hands. After printing the word ‘knowledge’ with several typefaces on paper, I manipulated their shapes by tearing, folding, crumpling, and so on.
Every single paper piece was scanned into digital image and manipulated again using Adobe Photoshop, then, placed dynamically on the art board as intended.
