QUICK EVENT BRIEF:
Vevo hosts their annual Halloween bash for its partners and key staff at Nightingale Plaza in West Hollywood each year and this year's theme was American Horror Story. The headliner for the evening included A-Trak with opening DJ Falcon. All activations, graphics, decor, and F&B tied back to the theme - creating an unforgettable haunting night for the attendees.
OUR ROLE:
x Manage and create all design aspects including overall graphics and renderings
x Create and maintain client budget
x Print and fabricate front clown face entry moment
x Design and dress the interior entry tunnel with drapes and fog
x Hire and manage brand ambassador check-in staff
x Select and name all tray passed F&B to be in line with theme
x Print all event collateral
x Coordinate with venue relations
x Source and manage talent tech and hospitality rider
x Manage security; including talent arrivals
x Manage and confirm labor for pick-ups / truck pack / load-in / event/ load-out / drop-offs / truck unpack
x Overall project and account management
x Hire and manage entertainment (tarot card reader and catwalk dancers)
