This project regards the Voyager Spaceships that were launched in 1977, which contained sounds, images and other information about our planet on Gold Records with the hopes that in the distant future, alien civilisations will come across these records and be able to establish who we were. The idea of this project was to create a modern day version of the Golden Records entitled Earth Artefact. For this I did a number of drawings which were digitally rendered and used as slides for a video which summed up different aspects of our planet. I also made a flip book which was made of recycled paper, a small choice which gives an insight to our values as a community. All images included in the video and book are also shown below.
