This was an introductory project to my Graphic Design course. We started by creating several drawings made of one of our fellow classmates. A mixture of an ice breaking exercise and seeing peoples drawing skills. The drawings were focused on different aspects, lighting, shapes, negative space. After the drawing, we were then tasked to use these drawing to help construct ideas for a vector portrait. 

I based my idea on the vector portrait with a mix of the focus on shading and line. I got some inspiration from woodcut portraits for my final design.
