Lady Blake Estate (Residential development & gatehouse)
I worked with ModH Design (Wellington SA based Architecture Firm) to create a logomark for the Lady Blake Estate. A residential development that draws inspiration from traditional Cape Architecture, with dwellings characterized by simplistic line and form. The target market were home buyers with disposable income who appreciate and care about finer details and qualities.
