My family and I went on a trip to Thailand earlier this year and one of the places we visited was the Bangkok Floating Market. During the tour of the market, I noticed that a lot of women were working as vendors and tour guides, manually rowing boats filled with tourists or rowing their small boats up to us to sell fruit, grilled seafood, and souvenirs.
