A research centre high rise building in Mansoura, Egypt designed in a context overlooking the Nile and beside an agriculture land and green houses which highly affected the design. The project's centre turns to be a long landscape spine used as a community park with local facilities at the ground level to help the local community of the district. Hepatology and agriculture are the main studies at this research centre according to the studies we carried on the context and the community.
