SPV is an organisation that offers education in the area of law enforcement, for instance for policemen, security and related professions, De BOA course focusses on a general course one would need in order to have similar priveleges as policemen. For instance a train conductor would have more priveleges when he has the BOA title because he has the right to arrest people and search them. For this course we made several animations to introduce each theme in the course.
