Have you ever thought about why you are not losing weight even after all struggles? Here are some likely explanations which you might be doing but don't accept it honestly. Improper Tracking of Your Calories

Losing weight is a continuous process. There is no shortcut trick that can help you burn or gain instant weight. I will always say to follow your diet plans regularly. Monitor the metabolic rate, the energy your body uses to digest food, calories you burn in exercise, and other parameters. Tracking your calories regularly help you reduce your weight gradually and effectively. Don't skip meals but take fewer calories foods which are more judicious and fibrous.

Occasional Overfeeding

Night outs on weekends! Do you stick to your diet plans? No. You cheat yourself when you hop on all the delicious items which you have been avoiding for a long time. Though it will not increase all the weight it will also not help you reduce the weight which you have been trying. You need to be accurate and honest with yourself. I will say don't skip the meals next day. Just eat what is right on the same day of the weekend.

Drop in Workout Intensity

You might have joined some gym, yoga class or another exercising to lose your weight effectively. But, you can’t remain constantly regular with exercising. It seems a boring process for many after some time. Then what you do? You start losing your vigor. You do it loosely even if weight loss is in your mind. Then, don’t lose the wit. I will ask to try different sets of exercising to keep the interest going.
