The Flux dish expose the relationship between design, time and food, by proposing a kinetic approach to food, when the sense of time becomes part of the tasting, creating a dual experience of movement, both at the time of serving food and at mealtime. That impression is possible by a "RIVER" carved in Corina,  through which sauces flows smoothly, filling the dish gradually, a design that awakens the senses and gives wings to the imagination of chefs.
