A non-profit website whose goal is to educate providers and parents to prevent child abuse wanted to redo their website. A heuristic analysis, content inventory, competitive analysis, research, personas, user testing, new IA, and task flows were used to execute this redesign. Glimpses of each step of the process are shown.
