This was the first run of painting the bull. I had panted the backgrund a week prior to make sure it was dry and to allow me to undo mistakes using a wet sponge.
This is where I started adding in the foreground. I didn't finish the rear legs because I had intended for them to be covered from the beginning.
This is the completed painting. It was done for my boyfriend of over 2 years for Christmas.
I used a pallete knife and sponge to get this effect. I really like it.
