从巴黎铁塔往回走，它亮起了塔灯，时间已经将近晚上八点，由于夏令时的关系，天空才刚显现一些暮色。快到餐厅预约的时间，我们加急了脚步，在一处温泉小庭院旁，我们找到了餐厅。LES FABLES DE LA FONTAINE在法语中的意思是喷泉的寓言，内部座位比较接近，吃饭时能听到巴黎人不停的赞叹餐食的惊艳；内部装潢利用了木材、大石块以及锻铁作为原材料，整体氛围以暖色调为主，为餐厅带来了个性与柔软。早在2005年，Christian Constant将这间巴黎第七区圣多米尼克街的小餐馆传给了他的徒弟David BOTTREAU，他带领La Fontaine在2015年拿下了米其林一星，并且收获了Julia SEDEFDJIAN这位来自尼斯具有极强天赋的厨师。
Going back from the Eiffel Tower, it lights up the tower lights. The time is almost eight o'clock in the evening. Due to the summer time, the sky just shows some twilight. When we arrived at the restaurant for an appointment, we stepped up and found a restaurant by the small courtyard of the spa. LES FABLES DE LA FONTAINE means the fable of the fountain in French. The interior seats are relatively close. When you eat, you can hear the Parisians continue to admire the amazing food. The interior uses wood, large stones and wrought iron as raw materials. The overall atmosphere is dominated by warm tones, bringing personality and softness to the restaurant. As early as 2005, Christian Constant passed the small restaurant on St. Dominic Street in the 7th arrondissement of Paris to his apprentice David BOTTREAU.
