A graphic recording for Engineers without Borders Monash University during the Monash Future Thinkers conference. The participants discussed solutions in groups to resolve the issue of student volunteer retention within the club. A key element of the problem and solution was student life cycle focus, hence the flow of information depicted here. Ultimately, students were identified to have changing needs and wants over the course of their membership, I hoped to capture that energy with the colour palette here.
