ESSENCE OF SOUP

I need to "create" a company and make a brand identity for it to complete the project my tutor assigned
Brand background
We dedicated to provide the soup made from 100% raw materials and promise it don’t have the preservative. We follow our brand name “ 純粹 湯 “ (literally the essence of soup only).

Our shop will be located in Sham Shui Po first. Sham Shui Po is a place full of human warmth. It is not the richest region but the connection between people more closely. The product we sell is the soup which is an important role in Cantonese cuisine.

Double-stewed soup need at least 1-2 hours to make. Hong Kong people usually living in fast pace, they don’t have time to buy the materials. Especially people in Sham Shui Po is hard-working. We aim to bring the home warmth to them.
Positioning/Personality
Our products occur a lower price positioning which attracts poor people or public value the warmth. We want to provide a product that people can afford and create an image of high-quality and stable. We treat the customer as our family, our restaurant is their second home.
The strategy
In products
We run a restaurant catering to the office worker who doesn't have time to cook. Our products always keep warm. Also, the customer can choose takeaway in able to cater their needs. We catering people who miss the home cooking taste.

In price
We set up an affordable price for the office worker.

In promotion
We provide a special price in the night to attract people who just get off work and have a facebook page to promote our business online.

In package
We use same color tone to maintain the unity to help people recognize our products.

In people
Our staff is friendly and treat the customer like family.
The graphic identity is the visual interpretation of our brand. It projects Essence of Soup's feature.

We used soup spoon as our key elements. It is red and draw with a brush which shows our soup is cook for long time and come from Cantonese cuisine.
