ERGONOMIC MOUSE

This ergonomic mouse focuses on the use of current technology available to everyone to print a mouse designed for your hand.
This is based of a well-sold mouse model on Amazon, also available in many countries, the "VicTsing MM057". The measurements are taken and the internal components (chipsets) are designed in fusion360. Taking into account the space that each piece will occupy, the hand-held mouse has been modeled in Industrial Clay so that it has the perfect ergonomics for my hand and is scanned with ReCap using a regular camera.
The scan is then transferred to Alias Speedform where the surfaces are redesigned and transferred to Fusion360 to create the final model of the mouse and prepare it for printing.
During the process that I have followed I have had many challenges to face, so when it comes to printing I have been gradually starting with platforms for the main chipset and checking the tolerances to achieve the desired result, and with each element as you can see reflects in the photos until achieving a comfortable level of mobility of the buttons and a correct assembly of all the pieces.
The concept with this redesign is to be able to help more people make their own personalized mice, using my files as a reference and then the ability to use free tools that are available to students similar to the ones i have mentioned or others and with that you would have "your perfect mouse", besides facilitating the possibility to fix it by reprinting the components that have been worn over time or with over use, then possibility of recycling using PLA materials or similar products, plus the added the possibility of adding modifications and improvements to each persons tastes and needs.
