The Routeburn Jacket is named after a track in New Zealand, which proved to be too much for the waterproof jacket I wore on my honeymoon. 

It inspired me to create something burly, that would withstand extended rains with no trouble. The 3-layer waterproof/breathable jacket's seams are fully taped, and the body is cut a little loose to allow for air circulation. Shoulder seams have been eliminated by extending the yoke over the shoulders and down the chest which helps reduce the risk of leaks, even when worn with a heavy backpack. Large hand pockets each have an inner pocket to keep your things organized as you enjoy the trail, in spite of the rain.
