Revitalization of the city square

Here is the Lenin Square in Kirovsk - the territory in region named Leningradskaya oblast’. We have a heritage in our country like great empty squares with big monuments in the center of a space. Therefore, it is important to return such areas to people from ideology.
The main aim was to make square comfortable and ‘human-scale’ and to save historic objects like the monument without destruction.
To decide existing problems like functionless spaces without paving, greening, pedestrian transits, attractive entrances, etc.
It is an important moment - to create public spaces and attraction points to invite people to places, to make comfortable ways to do something ever they want in city places, to use tools accessible for architects and designers, to make city life more interesting.
