[Foundation Diploma in Art and Design, Central Saint Martins 2018/2019]

The sentence that we as a pair got to work with is “The gaze of digs who don’t understand and who don’t know that they may be right not to understand.” After we asked a couple of people to read our sentence, we captured that ALL of them got the same reaction. They all frowned. So we recorded that reaction of the people who were reading our sentence (we didn’t not give them any information or explain the sentence) and make it into a video to summarise the project. However, the meaning behind this project is that it’s okay to not be able to understand something, you don’t need to understand everything. Sometimes just take it as a joke, laugh it out or let it go.
