The rebranding of a sports federation:

WWSV is the result of a fusion between the Flemish Yachting Federation and VVW Recrea. It was clear that a change in name would not suffice, an unambiguous branding and communication style had to follow. That was not an easy task, WWSV organises and supports many different projects with different partners. Thus resulting in phase one: extending the branding throughout the owned communication channels of WWSV.
The challenge was to provide all the projects with an WWSV ‘touch’. With the corporate identity guidelines in mind we created a few graphical elements that are part of a recognisable branding. Thanks to the design of design system, the elements water (the waves) and air (triangular shapes that refer to sailing) were successfully represented in the branding.
