QPR ProcessAnalyzer is one of the leading B2B software products for process mining. I am the Lead UX Designer of the product since 2017 January. When I started to work on this product, it was an Excel Add-on and looked like this:

In the last 3,5 years, my role as a Lead UX Designer was focusing on re-designing the QPR ProcessAnalyzer from concept to creation in close collaboration with users, other designers, subject matter experts, architects, product owners and an agile development team.
Thanks to the design, QPR ProcessAnalyzer received not only a facelift supported by a Design System, but also a full redesign of it`s functionalities rooting back to architectural level. With these, the product become more powerful and dynamic than ever before. At the same time it also become more focused and compact,allowing the users to get the job done as easy and fast as possible. All of the QPR ProcessAnalyzer features are based on thorough User Research, numerous iterations of interactive prototypes and user testings.
