Inspiration

Scope_ To create and design a two story apartment space for a client. The client wanted to have new elements in his space. The essential rooms were designed for the client, and also introducing new spaces with cutting edge technology for the client.

 

Concept_ Inspired by the modern and contemporary architectural design in the Shanghai- Pudong area. Combining elements of modernism the apartment space was created with the clean straight edges and geometrical shapes.

 

Objective_ The client is in his late 40s and wanted to live in a more modern home and break-away from the traditional Chinese home. One thing he wanted in particular was since the second floor not having an abundance of sunlight coming through, he wanted relaxing colors but not earth toned colors. 

Each problem was resolved and the project moved forward with the designs, and the client was very pleased.
