I moved off my path for a simple logo design for a fitness center as i took part in a logo design competition from 99 designs.

Overview
"We are a medical weight control clinic with five locations in the los angeles area. The doctor is quite well known in the area but has never had an internet presence. The website is being built, but we need an attractive logo.''
Company Requirements
"Would like something that says Alpha Health Care and Pro Weight Management if possible, or maybe AHC and Pro Weight Management (we are moving from Alpha Health Care towards pro weight management but many people still know the old name). Something that shows its medical weight loss, so if you could incorporate maybe the medical symbol, and either a scale, a svelte silhouette or a measuring tape... hopefully you get the idea. Be creative, we are open and excited to see all ideas!!

After reviewing everything and a little bit of research I came up with this logo from various designs from logo pond and google images. The logo is highly inspired from a few works and modified with appropriate color to go with the company background.
