In 2015, as a part of our continuous evolution to become a deeply humane and highly productive enterprise, we initiated an open and ongoing dialogue by asking our associates to participate in an Organizational Health Index (OHI) survey. The results have shown that the keystone of our community is the valued individual. We’ve used that to create our E4 Behaviors as a guide on our journey to improved organizational health.

It is now time to measure our progress with an updated OHI survey that we’re once again extending to all associates.

On Monday, October 8th, you will receive a link to this survey, which takes an average of 30 minutes to complete.

In the interest of maintaining our projected timeline for reaching major milestones we ask that each participant has the survey completed by Sunday, November 4th.

Your confidential feedback provides insight into both our strengths and highlight opportunities for improvement.
