After Acolyte i tryed use this workflow with more variable character. I choose troll because this personage opposite previous - he's big, horrible and powerfull.
1st stage - usual troll solder. 2nd stage - attack trooper, more armor, rough fist weapon. 
I have 3rd stage - shaman, but he in progress ;)
