Established by a group of friends with a mission to raise money for a good cause and have fun while doing it, the Crawl For Cancer organization now sponsors more than 20 annual events across the United States. Each raises money to support critical cancer research.
The Crawl For Cancer involves traveling to five bars or restaurants in a specific order to enjoy friendly social networking while enjoying cold beer and other beverages. To keep all participants safe and healthy, the Crawl For Cancer recommends drinking responsibly (or not at all) and consuming a full glass of water for every two beers consumed. It also recommends taking advantage of its Safe Ride Program, which offers a $10 taxi certificate to each participant who brings in 10 cans of food for donation.
