We were asked by the Global DTC team to think of a way of how to bring this propriety high-tech service to the fore after a disappointing instore consumer uptake. After devising a full call-to-action program with communities of localised ‘influencers’, a daytrip to Barcelona in deep Winter to capture some of New Balance’s athletes in action – featuring the Volumental 3D foot scanner and tablet app in-situ – was used to produce a full suite of Digital, SoMe and POS marketing assets.
