Henry, who appeared in a popular entertainment "Nahonja Sanda", visited Enspire to open a Taiwanese restaurant. It was the task of this project to reproduce the taste and atmosphere of Henry's memories from his youth. The key was how to empirically solve the keyword 'Taiwan'. Enspire has been working on a wide range of projects in Taiwan's streets, night markets, and popular restaurants. During this process, we searched for 'beautiful and attractive' elements from a Korean perspective and verified through continuous dialogue with customers to see if these elements match the image of Taiwan.
人気芸能"私一人住んでいる"に出演中のヘンリーは、台湾料理店をオープンしようとサイエンスファイアを訪れました。幼い頃からヘンリーが楽しんだ思い出の中の味と雰囲気を「正しく」再現して出すことが、本プロジェクトの課題でした。「台湾」というキーワードをどのよう経験的に解くことかが核心でした。サイエンスファイアは、台湾の距離とナイトマーケット、庶民がお気に入りのレストランを広く見てながらプロジェクトを進めています。この過程で、韓国人の観点から「美しく魅力的に見える」要素を選び出して行った、この要素が、台湾のイメージに合致するか、顧客との絶え間ない対話を通じて検証していきました。
