The aim of this photographic series is to critically develop conversations
regarding existing inequalities for individuals that significantly
contribute towards the running of and economic growth in our society.
The idea that these individuals add greatly towards a society that
excludes them of this economic growth contributes towards the
inequalities faced in numerous ‘democratic countries’. 

My photographic work is there to challenge all participants involved and to broaden
and deepen their awareness of the inequality and oppressive state that
these individuals deal with and go through on a daily basis. 

The final outcome in photographic digital or print form is to critically educate
and to visually embed a new understanding of all individuals’ ways of
living and experiences, by reaching a better understanding of how we
all meaningfully contribute towards these collective spaces. 

And through being informed on these issues through using visual
communication, such as photography, I strongly believe that this will
initiate political and social action towards an equally and better way
of living for all.
