Nope | Digital Clock Parody

Nope | Digital Clock Parody
This project that began in early June was based around the idea of designing a parody-based digital clock display that would communicate a short and subtle message to the viewer, as opposed to the actual time, through the use of a visual style that combines minimalism and simplicity together.

As you will see, the final outcome consists of a screen that displays the word “nope”, alongside an indicator that conforms the time being that of the morning period, followed by the snooze feature being in the off position due to it not being activated at any point during the night.

All-in-all, this helps visually represent a situation that many people (including myself) often find themselves in when the possibility of getting a good night sleep seems inevitable, considering the fact that the clock itself is “dictating” and mocking said situation by reminding the viewer of the lying-and-staring-at-the-clock scenario.

So, be sure to tell me what you think in the comment section below!
