Cnidaria
{Cnidaria is a phylum consisting of over 9,000 species, found only in aquatic, predominantly marine, environments. All Cnidarians exhibit radial symmetry. There are two principal bodily structures among the Cnidaria - the polyp and the medusa. Sea anemones and corals have the polyp form, while jellyfish are typical medusae.}

When considering life within the confines of coral reefs, what can be observed there is truly remarkable.
In our current climate, as we continue battling to save multitudes of forms of life across the globe, I look to the trees of the ocean; the underwater eco-system that takes up such insignificant space in the oceans and seas, yet supports 25% of all marine species on the planet.

I look to the trees of the ocean. A personal project of mine, observing life underneath the surface of the seas.
