Project Overview: Hilton Worldwide produces a number of successful hotels brands which specialize in creating an exceptional travel experience no matter where the trip. Not only are they hosipitatlity leaders, but additionally, they strive to be a leader in global business thought. The goal of this project was to create an informative viral video, sharing Hilton Worldwide's research results. Areas of focus included: 1) Understanding the changing customer (origin, needs, demographics), 2) Workforce (who they are, where they come from, importance of getting your people strategy right) and 3) Macro economic conditions and technology (social media, connection, etc.).
