Moodboard + StyleGuide/Brand book + Identity Design
Green Mountains (a Wood Property) is a new home development in the outskirts of Lakewood Co, the assignment was to develop a moodboard/brand look + feel, based on the brand strategy. The vibe of this project was a close to nature approach, all of the amenities of suburban living with the delights of the outdoors, along with the look and feel, minor brand application roll-out, an identity was designed, some exploration with abstract icons that related to the outdoors, some nice typography options and lots of color-way options.
