The process of revitalization of the town of Solec - Zdrój consists of gradually planned transformations of the urban tissue, aimed at creating coherent public spaces of a quality enabling meeting the expectations of all stakeholders. The task of these transformations is to introduce a new quality of space based on spatial, environmental, social and economic conditions. The planned revitalization being a competition design is part of the city's mission. The project was created in cooperation with the architect Wojciech Młynarczyk.

In the course of analyzing the proposed solutions in the revitalization plan, it can be concluded that the study areas have been recognized by most communities as important areas of social, tourist, communication and environmental activities. Therefore, the main projected goal was to create such planning solutions that respond to the following aspects:
- building planning coherence in the region,
- increasing investment attractiveness,
- environmental protection and restoration of natural breeding sites for birds,
- focusing on the protection and sharing of cultural heritage and increasing the accessibility of the cultural offer,
- extension and modernization of tourist infrastructure and strengthening of the tourist potential of the region (focus on ecological aspects of the region's development),
- taking into account the needs of residents and other stakeholders,
- introducing the internet in open spaces accessible to everyone,
- social and professional integration of excluded and discriminated groups.

As part of the multi-faceted revitalization of the town of Solec-Zdrój, it was proposed to unify the space by highlighting its spa character. Solutions in the field of cubature objects, small architecture or used finishing materials create a coherent system, maintaining the convention of geometric secession, which echoes in the historic buildings of Solec-Zdrój.

In the whole area covered by the competition area species resistant to weather conditions, easy to care, sheltering animals, adapted to urban conditions and performing phytoremediation functions were used.
