In order to highlight Acura technology and advancements to existing Acura customers and affect Loyalty and brand perception at a time when Loyalty is low (During auto service) a digital signage deployment for waiting area in service counters was conceptualized. In this long dwell time environment "edu-tainment" segments that elevated brand image and reminded customers why they chose Acura where created. These spots where displayed in an in-delaership TV segments loop called "Tech Talk". By leveraging existing broadcast assets along with editorial articlaes from Expressions magazine custom content was conceived and created.
