In the process of designing the territory the following issues were resolved:
- creation of a comfortable urban environment, accessible public space, harmonization with existing urban spaces, adjacent streets, squares, city blocks by giving new functions, social content, individuality;
- modernization and reconstruction of the existing housing stock;
- development of modern architectural planning and spatial solutions, creating a contemporary image of multifunctional youth complex and business activity center for young people at the site;
- development of advanced transport, pedestrian and cycling infrastructure;
- providing comfortable conditions for all age groups of the persons, persons with reduced mobility.
