Improving the Onboarding Process
The second Global Virtual Design Sprint (GVDS) team that I was part of focused on this challenge: how might we help companies improve the onboarding process, create a template that can be customized, with a format that makes new hires feel welcome (while also providing onboarding training)?
Many of the team members knew this was a problem for companies, especially for the larger organizations they had worked for.
We voted on doing an app; here is my take on the prototype based on the outline from our group project.
