// When I was thinking about how to make the type that reflects on the whole “humour” idea, I started to think, what makes people laugh? Then I suddenly remember, everyone laugh when they are tickled. The feeling of being tickled is something that everyone can relate to. So I decided to use the factors of “being tickled” and use it as part of the typography experiments. I went to the direction of things that make people tickle, things such as: brushes, feathers, pens, toothbrush. The idea of being poked and to be tickled by poking. Hence you can see the use of things which are sharp, pointed and can be seen as it you can step on them.
 
 
// A5 Board & Malermo 145gsm - Lemon, Amber and Vermilion

Pyramid stencils were prepared before hand which has 3 types of sizes. They were then cut out. Type stencil was prepared beforehand so as to avoid the confusion of the different types of cut-out. Stencils shows the formation of the squares that makes up the type. Triangular sides of stencil were folded. Folded papers were then glued in accordance to the template squares that was printed. The pyramids made have three sizes in height and base.

//Feathers & A5 Board

Feathers were plucked out from the shuttlecock of a badminton. Dots were made onto the A5 Board and holes were then drilled into it. Feathers are then inserted into the drilled holes and then secured with a hot glue gun. Feather were formed in according to the holes that were drilled and also formed in accordance to the line of the dots made with the stencil.
 
 
// Compressed Foam Board & Carpet Grass + Malermo 145gsm - Muse cotton

Pyramid stencils were prepared before hand which has 3 types of sizes. They were then cut out. Type stencil was prepared beforehand so as to avoid the confusion of the different types of cut-out. Stencils shows the formation of the squares that makes up the type. Triangular sides of stencil were folded. Folded papers were then glued with hot glue gun in accordance to the template squares that was printed. The base is made up of a Black foam board and carpet grass which are glued together.
