INITIAL STATE
THE BOX museum is based on LA. The current website is a non-responsive, old, outdated, and low-quality website. Customers are not going to be able to read a website that is too small to see.

I would like to change to:
It is a responsive, readable, clean, simple, and can access the navigation bar and easily be directed to the information customers need.

Getting to know the users
PERSONA HYPOTHESIS
The users of the website can be generally categorized into two personas.

What different sorts of people might use this product?
Customer, Buyer

How might their needs and behaviors vary?
Customer: To attend the exhibition and appreciate a work of art
Buyer: To buy the art and painting

What ranges of behaviors and types of environments need to be explored?
Desire to attend the art museum
Willingness to buy the art or not
Motivation to learn in art museum

PERSONA INTERVIEW
To prepare the interview questions, I looked up questionnaires on the Internet as well as tried to get a general idea of Museum Life itself. I came up with the following rough interview template:

How often do you go to the art exhibitions?
Why did you choose to attend the art museum?
What kind of topic are you interested in?
What is most important to you when choosing the art museum?
What do you do in the art museum?
Can you easily find the exhibition information in the “The Box” website?

PRIMARY PERSONA
Primary personas are the main target of interface design.

GOAL- USER SCENARIO
A product’s behavior from the standpoint of specific users (personas).
USER STORIES
It is followed by another couple of sentences briefly describing the necessary interface to accomplish the interaction.
USE CASES
A technique based on exhaustive descriptions of the system’s functional requirements, often of a transactional nature, focusing on low-level user action and accompanying system response.

FEATURE AND FUNCTIONALITY LIST
