Paper size is 18 x 24.  The total image size of the bison is 15.5 x 22.

More often than not I use the grid system to draw my image.  It works extremely well in keeping me on track for proportions.

Settled in to work on the bison along with candles, good lighting, and a Rosemary & Thyme video.

Even the strokes that look like a solid line are actually dots.
