The AJCU-AP Service Learning Program is a two-week long immersion program for Jesuit schools in the Asia Pacific. The 11th AJCU-AP SLP was hosted by the Ateneo de Davao University and was themed: Reconciliation within Humanity: Peace building Journey of the People’s of Mindanao.

The illustration that became the foundation of the branding spoke of many elements culled out from the theme.

The eagle represents the Philippine Eagle, and is a symbol of resilience; the keys for reconciliation; the mountains for Mt. Apo; the people for the tri-people in Mindanao (Muslims, Lumads, and Christian settlers) which is further explored through the sun for the crown usually worn by the Talaandig tribe, Mary to represent the Christian settlers, and the crescent moon and star for the Muslims.

The layout and illustration also represents the festive nature of Mindanao.
