The structure of the crate consists of the outer sheet metal insulated box, the support interface assembly which aims to receive and fix the transport tray and the hinged door with the 180-degree opening to support the facility requirements.
In order to enhance with Design For Serviceability functionality the transport system, we designed and developed the product to hold all the crucial elements with non permanent fixtures. The total interface can be completely removed from the outer insulated box for maintenance purposes and all the fixture elements were designed in a manner to ease the user on system service by giving access to all elements even when the total interface rests inside the outer box.
