How to invigorate old Egyptian comic strips through sonification?
Aim
• Researching western comic books and the origin of comic strips
• Giving old Egyptian comic strips from 1990s a new feel
• Adding Arabic talking and narration, sound effects, ambiance and music hence creating an audio book for old comic strips
• Old generation would re-experience them on a new level
• Opening the new generationʼs eyes on these forgotten stories

• Original old Egyptian comic strips combining 6 different already made stories in Samir comic books about one of the main characters named “Tahtah" and 3 invented stories from my imagination to modernize it for younger generations
