The Sinulog, Kabankalan City's version of the world-famous “Ati-Atihan” indulged in by our ancestors, is celebrated in the third week of January.

Revelers garbed in distinctively colorful costumes with bare bodies painted in black soot take to the streets, dancing to the riotous and frenzied beats of drums, in celebration of the feast of El Señor Sto. Niño. The search for the Sinulog Queen highlights the festivities.
