OTS - Fountain and Landscape Shot
I have started to get some test shots but I have had some difficulty photographing due to the weather but however I am hoping that the weather will clear and once it does i'll be ready because of my test shots.
I have started by photographing many different fountains that I feel will be a perfect fit for my idea. The photographs I have got are good for showing what I intend by no final shots yet. The places I have visited are Hyde park which have two fountains which I have photographed one being the Huntress fountain, another fountain I have photographed is the large fountains in Trafalgar Square but I felt there was way to many people so what I thinking of doing is either a long exposure to completely blur out the people or do some stacking to completely remove the people from the image. Another fountain I have photographed is in Danson Park behind the Danson House.
Once again another fountain I had come across was in Regents Park however it still wasn't the style of fountain I wanted, I was really hoping for a very old fashion one which was very simplest but I was not able to find one but yet I believe the ones I have come across will still work perfectly.
For my landscape I haven't actually been able to go out and photograph it but I have it planned, I plan to add a woodland look so it can stick with the theme of being a lost and hidden mystery. A place I have in mind is in Abby Woods where the path leads to a pit like area where it has high and very steep hills which would add a rather nice effect I think but the only problem would be the lighting as it is in the middle of a woods but I will have to go there and do some checks before I can finalise anything. The only thing that I am worried about is if my landscape looks rather boring and the Lavazza cup doesn't actually look like its meant to be, I feel its going to be a challenge but I think i will be able to pull it off.
Overall I think that all the photographs I had gotten are definitely useable and some are I believe to be perfect so overall I think for both the fountain and the landscapes I had done what I set out to do, I do think that if I was to do it again I would look at more locations and explore a bit more.
