PERSONAL PROJECT
For a personal project, I’ve decided to redesign an instant coffee packaging that I purchased. Looking at the packaging from a graphic designer’s perspective, there were elements I wanted to improve upon. I asked myself if non-locals would purchase the product. And so, I decided to challenge myself in redesigning it. The picture above is the final design that I’ve come up with. I also pictured myself in a scenario in which the client (Super) has given me freedom in redesigning the packaging design, including changing of the logo's element.
To replace the graphic element of the background in the original packaging, I took a beautiful painted illustration from Super's White Coffee brochure which better illustrates the authenticity of the product.
