Spider-Man Sketch - Careers

I knew that drawing/sketching human anatomy would be difficult as Spider-man is a human and so I started off by doing some face sketches using the luminous method to get an understanding of how to draw a face from a few different angles
I then added Spider-Man's mask to one of the sketches to see how it would look. This gave me a chance to understand the patterns on his masks and see what his face would look like if drawn using this luminous method
After understanding how to draw the face/mask I moved on to the arms. The arms were specially difficult for me as I was not sure what method to use to draw them. As Spider-Man is a character that is very muscular yet also lean and slim to give him that nimble and agile look made it all the more difficult. For that reason I tried out a few different ways to draw his arms.
This strategy involved using shapes and manipulating their structure and combining different shapes to make it look like an arm. This did not look too bad but it did not give me the Spider-Man look I was going for as it looked more polygon and geometrical.
This strategy looked similar to that of how Mark Bagley and other comic book interpretations of Spider-Man looked like. Agile, slim, lean, yet still strong and muscular and this is the strategy that I stuck with for the end.
After understanding the arms I moved on to the body/chest. For this I simply divided up the chest into 3 different partitions and used Mark Bagley's interpretation of Spider-Man as a reference.
After doing the chest/body I moved on to the legs the final part. Since the sketch that I was recreating did not show Spider-Man's back I did not have to worry about sketching or understanding how that would look. For the legs I wanted that same agile and nimble look to carry on to the legs and this was the end result.
After doing those preliminary sketches to understand human anatomy I moved on to the actual sketch itself. I used Mark Bagley's sketch of Spider-Man as a reference as I was trying to recreate his work and used the strategies I used to draw the other parts of the body and applied it to draw my own sketch here.
This is my final sketch. I used the sketching techniques shown on Mark Bagley's sketch to give it more detail and form.
This below is Mark Bagley's sketch that I was trying to recreate
